Summary
The purpose of this position is to support the War Related Illness and Injury Study Center (WRIISC) mission of advancing post deployment health through education, clinical consultation, and research by planning, developing, delivering, and evaluating training for clinicians, care teams, and Veterans. This position is within VA New Jersey Health Care System in East Orange, NJ.
Duties

Design and develop learning solutions, instructional systems design (ISD) and evidence-based methods Produce instructor and participant guides Review and update facilitator and presenter guides and presenter guides for WRIISC's webinar series Facilitate live training (virtual, webinar, hybrid, and classroom) to multi-disciplinary clinical audiences Coordinate subject matter experts (SME) to co-facilitate sessions Manage questions and answers for high volume national sessions Implement multi-level training evaluation Review historical data on education metrics for Veteran education classes to determine trends Manage enrollment, completions, and transcripts of courses and learning records Collaborate with WRIISC clinical services, research teams to align training Performs other duties as assigned If selected, you will be required to complete training for Level 1 and Level 2 Certification in Military Environmental Exposures. How you will be evaluated
