About the Position: This position will serve as a Supervisory Training Specialist (Collective Training), Collective Training Division, Maneuver Support Center (MSCoE) located at Ft Leonard Wood, Missouri. Ft Leonard Wood is located in the beautiful South-Central Missouri Ozarks. The Fort covers more than 61,000 acres and is located in Pulaski County, bordering Waynesville/St. Robert and Interstate 44. St. Louis is a 2-hour drive east and Springfield is a 1-hour drive west of Fort Leonard Wood.

Duties

Review Tables of Organizational Equipment (TOE) documents ensuring mission, manpower and equipment requirements

Supervise the work of collective training developers.

Establish workload priorities for collective training.

Validate annual and long-range training ammunition requirements.

Provide expert technical advice to training developers.

Review and approve collective training products.

Communicate with leadership from the MSCoE and the three proponent schools.
