Duties

Serves as the principal authority and Program Manager for the enterprise Public Safety Systems (PSS) portfolio, directing overall capability lifecycle management and strategic execution.

Serves as a primary Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing authoritative technical guidance and strategic advisory support to executive-level officials across the DoN and other government agencies.

Develop and execute PSS projects, life cycle/technical refresh and cyber security authorization for assigned capability areas.

Assigns work to subordinates based on priorities, the difficulty of the work to be performed, and the capabilities of employees and has the responsibility for finding ways to eliminate significant bottlenecks and barriers to production.
