About the Position: This Contract Support Specialist position is located at the White Sands Test Center Resource Management Directorate, Procurement and Accounting Division, Procurement and Contracts Branch, White Sands Missile Range, NM.(merit).
Duties
Prepare and present written guidance, decisions, briefings, and reports.
Serve as a key point of contact, providing technical advice on all matters relating to contract management.
Administer and procure a variety of specialized equipment and complex services.
Perform complex contract administration duties, ensuring all procurement activities adhere to agency policies.
Develop procurement plans and evaluation systems.
Evaluate contractor proposals, cost and pricing data, and business systems to make recommendations.
