Summary
About the Position: Serves as an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Specialist, participating with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Manager in accomplishing requirements of the Equal Employment Opportunity Program. Serves as principal advisor to the EEO Manager for the Omaha District, and participates in the planning, organizing, analysis, review, evaluation and administration of an affirmative employment program designed to assist management in accomplishing its EEO mission.
Duties
Ensure Special Emphasis Programs, Reasonable Accommodation, EEO counseling and formal complaints programs and administration are in compliance with Laws, Executive Orders, Regulations and Policies.
Serves as EEO Counselor providing information on the complaint process to employees, applicants, managers and/or serviced activities of the District.
Develop and present equal employment opportunity training for supervisory development, employee orientation and counsel or training.
