Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Financial Management, Financial Services Group, Division of MSP Program Operations. As a Contract Officer Representative, GS-1101-13, performs a variety of complex assignments related to contract management and oversight utilizing qualitative and quantitative methods for the analysis and evaluation of contract operations and administration.
Duties
Preparing contract documentation, including statements of work, independent Government cost estimates, acquisition plans, and related documents for review and approval.
Preparing written products, including briefing documents, contractor performance evaluations, reports, and cost and price analyses to support program operations decisions.
Providing advice and guidance to customers and leadership on contractual activities impacting operations, projects, and programs.
Modifying existing guidance to improve program operational efficiency.
