Summary
You will serve as a SECURITY SPECIALIST in the MyNavy CAREER CENTER of MY NAVY CAREER CENTER.
Duties
You will ensure all security programs comply with DOD/DON directives and regulations.
You will manage the personnel security investigation program.
You will review all positions to ensure the assigned personnel have clearance to perform their duties.
You will determine adequacy of personnel investigations and assess conflicting or adverse information through targeted personnel interviews.
You will ensure personnel security investigations of assigned personnel are updated as required by DoN Central Adjudication Facility (DONCAF).
You will ensure all Top Secret material is accounted for and properly transferred in accordance with all regulations and policies.
You will process letters of intent and letters of denial initiated by (DONCAF).
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
