Summary
About the Position: Serves as the IT Program Management Specialist for US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Army Geospatial Center (AGC), Geospatial Information Support Office (GISO). Leads Information Technology Services Contract expert and Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) of consolidated information technology contracted services.
Duties
Supports the Chief, Geospatial Information Support Office in the overall program management of all Information Technology/Information Management (IM/IT) activities with USACE, Army and DOD
Serves as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
Performs cost studies, reviews workload data and related costs of contracted services.
Coordinates with the Contracting Office, Service Owners, and Service Area Owners to ensure compliance with contract requirements
Plans and coordinates all phases of the acquisition, implementation, and integration of IT services projects.
Directly responsible for providing technical information for the procurement of information technology assets and service.
