Summary
This position is located in the Department of Health & Human Services (HHS), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Office of Information Technology (OIT). As a IT SPEC (APPSW/ENTARCH), GS-2210-13, you will provide high-level technical expertise in support of new or existing applications software in one or multiple specialties in order to develop data-driven solutions that address CMS program and business challenges.
Duties
Design or develop software, systems and systems to systems to achieve specified outcomes, capabilities, and architectures for data management.
Optimize application solutions to run in a timely manner.
Create architecture design and network topologies and develop approaches to support infrastructure, applications, and data.
Provide technical guidance, interpretation, implementation or oversight of applicable cyber security policies, processes, and practices to ensure continued operational availability.
