Summary

Located in the Office of Inspector General (OIG), Office of Executive Director, Office of Information Technology, Enterprise Data Analytics (OIG/EX/IT/EDA). Serves as senior technical expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI), advanced analytics, and data science. Focuses on providing expert level technical leadership, research, design, and implementation of AI and data-driven solutions to advance OIG programs, oversight activities, and mission outcomes.

Duties

Leads development, evaluation, and implementation of AI/ML models to enhance OIG oversight capabilities, including anomaly detection, risk scoring, predictive analytics, and automation of audit, evaluation, and investigative workflows.

Designs and implements advanced statistical analyses, machine learning pipelines, and data models to support evidence based decision making.

Serves as a senior technical advisor to OIG leadership on AI, automation, cloud computing, modern IT architectures, and digital innovation trends.

Recommends standards for AI model lifecycle management, data engineering practices, and technology modernization.

The assessment is a measure of the degree in which your background matches the competencies and KSAs required for this position. Your qualifications will be evaluated on the following competencies: Knowledge of information technology specialty areas (e.g., application systems design, Knowledge of Enterprise and Information Architecture. Ability to apply program management principles, methods, and practices. Ability to integrate approaches to Information Architecture across an organization. Ability to make decisions based on information from a wide variety of sources. Ability to manage and complete long-term projects.
