Duties
Evaluate quantitative factors presented in contractor cost and technical proposals by providing analyses of significant policy and/or operational changes.
Support contract transition activities on the multi-billion dollar managed care support contract by working with the COR to develop schedules, contract language, and arrange contractor meetings.
Advise the COR, through the Section Chief, on actions necessary for implementing change orders that cross the Managed Care Support Contracts.
Interface with Health Affairs staff, Government agencies and the contractors/sub-contractors to identify and resolve problems and develop policy.
Evaluates statistical information, and contractor deliverables to determine needs for policy revisions to existing DOD program and contract requirements.
