Summary
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the CORPORATE OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER, Port Hueneme.
Duties
You will serve as the Principal Staff Lead (PSL) for NSWC Port Hueneme Corporate Operations Department.
You will provide support to the department manager and the entire department management team in all facets of technical and business operations including facilitating and expediting executive decision making.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Department to include division managers, internal and external stakeholders, and community/customer outreach.
You will ensure compliance with policies, plans, programs and directives issued by command leadership are effectively implemented, keeping the department leadership team informed of all significant matters pertaining to the Department.
You will assist with department-level action tracking and management, metrics collection, support dashboard creation/maintenance, hybrid workforce effective and efficient communication and tracking, and data call coordination.
You will strategically manage the department leaders' time, working with executive assistants (EA) and others by aiding in scheduling or prioritizing high-level meetings and key engagements.
