About the Position: This position is located at Army Health Clinic Presidio, Directorate of Branch Clinics, Monterey, CA. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. A recruitment or relocation incentive may be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
Duties
Manage administrative support, schedules, and operations for the MTF Director and executive staff to ensure mission alignment.
Screen correspondence, drafts executive reports, and review outgoing materials for clarity, accuracy, and proper formatting.
Serve as staff liaison, disseminates executive instructions, and track task progress to ensure organizational deadlines are met.
Utilize automated software to produce complex documents, manage official databases, and create charts for presentations.
Coordinate official travel arrangements, process reimbursement requests, and professionally manage visitor reception.
Education
