Duties
The primary purpose of this position is: to assist the Chief, Education and Training Office in administering the education and training programs, provide technical guidance and assistance to managers and supervisors within unit organizations on all aspects of the program. This is an Air Reserve Technician (ART) position. Additionally, provides training to reservists in the accomplishment of tasks set forth herein. Duties: 1: Assists the Chief, Education and Training in administration of Education, Training and Distance Learning Programs. 2: Responsible for overall management OJT program for the wing. Manages the development of education and training instructional products. Administers a diversified testing program. 3: Plans, directs, organizes, and coordinates operations of the Advance Distributed Learning, and multimedia education and training programs. 4: Monitors the overall accuracy and reliability of all data entered into and maintained in Personnel Data System (PDS).
