About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Cyber Command, Fort Meade, Maryland.
Duties
Serves as the Cyber National Mission Force (CNMF) Deputy J-39 and Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) Subject Matter Expert (SME).
Directs, organizes, and leads all activities related to the integration of OIE into current and future CNMF operations.
Leads OIE planning during deliberate, crisis, and time-sensitive events, applying Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP) principles.
Researches, interprets, and applies DoD guidelines to write, staff, publish, and maintain all CNMF OIE planning documents.
Provides management, guidance, and command and control (C2) over all CNMF operations, ensuring they meet all technical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Serves as the CNMF’s senior program manager for all Joint Information Operations Center (JIOC), Special Technical Operations (STO), Special Access Program (SAP), and ACCM activities.
Fosters and refines mission-critical partnerships with a wide variety of government, allied, and foreign organizations as part of a Whole-of-Government/Coalition effort.
