Summary

About the Position: Works under the general supervision of the Manager with wide latitude for independent action to accomplish the mission at the Lake Office. Makes recommendations to supervisor for final decisions only on matters of major importance. Selects techniques, methods, and processes for studying individual problems independently and successfully deals with conflict situations. Supervisor reviews work through evaluation of reports and recommendations submitted and by discussion.

Duties

Supervises the lake staff in the preparation of various planning documents for the lake.

Supervises subordinate staff in the capacity of a first line supervisor.

Plans, prepares, schedules, and sets priorities for work to be accomplished.

Oversees the conservation, preservation, restoration and use of all lake natural resources.
