Duties
Manage and provide technical advice and guidance regarding the establishment and maintenance of pay accounts.
Process, audit and edit of the complex pay actions.
Compile and analyze data to identify trends, deficiencies and accomplishments.
Plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and set deadlines.
Plan and draft military HR management policies and guides to meet the needs and goals of the SRPC.
Ensure compliance with internal controls to minimize pay problems and inquiries.
Manage personnel, finance and automated systems activities.
Give advice, counsel, and instructions to employees on both work and administrative matters.
Analyze significant military HR management issues and problems and develop recommendations and alternative solutions.
Prepare reports and present briefings.
Perform periodic quality control reviews.
Identify developmental and training needs of employees.
Manage and provide technical advice and guidance regarding a wide variety of military Human Resources (HR) programs.
Provide guidance, interpretations, training and/or briefings on current and proposed policies.
Research complex pay complaints and issues.
Supervise the daily activities of personnel.
