Summary

You will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst in the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Headquarters of CNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA.

Duties

You will develops policy and implements enterprise wide procedures to support adequate internal controls that deter fraud, waste and abuse.

You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for Civilian Payroll (CIVPAY) issues.

You will analyze ERP data to identify trends and works with Enterprise Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to improve the overall CIVPAY process

You will exercise technical and administrative supervision over a staff of Management and Program analysts that range in grade from GS-9 to GS-13.

You will serve as a SME for at least one WFM functional area and performs program manager duties for the assigned area of responsibility

You will provide oversight to the NAVSUP Defense Travel System (DTS) and Government Travel Charge Card (GTCC) Programs
