Summary

In this position you will serve as a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, responsible for coordinating and supporting a wide range of administrative and resource management activities across the Program's divisions.

Duties

The duties may include, but are not limited to:

Plans and conducts analytical studies to identify and assess trends, challenges, and opportunities in program administration and resource management.

Assists in the development and administration of financial management activities, including cost allocation, budget planning, and resource tracking.

Provides guidance on resolving complex administrative issues affecting the Program.

Compiles and analyzes administrative, human capital, and strategic planning data to inform Program decisions

Advises Program management on a range of administrative policies, including employee recognition, travel, human resources, workers’ compensation, FOIA/Privacy Act, and telework.

Coordinates support services such as supply management, micro-purchases, records and forms management, and vehicle services.

Participates in the review and improvement of administrative procedures. Recommends and helps implement automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

As a first line supervisor of junior administrative staff whose primary responsibilities involve Government Purchase Card (GPC) acquisitions and related support functions
