Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serves as Supervisory Budget Analyst at multiple civil works projects that may include hydro-electric generation, navigation, natural resources, recreation, fish facilities and appurtenant features.
Duties
Analyze trends and developments in the project budget execution and develop recommendations concerning the operations of the project mission, including funding priorities, and workload management, program management and activities.
Serve as primary point of contact for all matters concerning funding and funds control for relevant portions of the above mentioned appropriations.
Coordinate with Project Managers within NWP and those activities providing funding through Customer Orders for allocation of funds that have immediate and projected impacts on executing Operation Division's mission.
Provide assistance and guidance for consolidation, evaluation and input of the Project's annual Operating Budget into CEFMS.
Provide the full range of supervisory duties for a group of budget analysts and technicians.
Education
