About the Position: This position serves in developing and administering the district's safety program covering government and contract operations. This position is located in Mountain Home, Arkansas.
Duties
Make frequent safety surveys to construction, Operations and Maintenance projects, and public use areas to determine whether prescribed safety measures and standards are being applied and to advise on various safety problems.
Make studies, reports and recommendations pertaining to occupational health and sanitation conditions or programs for government and contractor employees.
Develop formal studies, evaluations, and actionable recommendations aimed at ensuring robust occupational health and environmental sanitation compliance across government and contractor workforces.
Participates with Chief, Safety and Occupational Health Office in maintaining a multitude of programs that require intensive data management.
Education
