Summary
About the Position: Provides leadership, direction and oversight for executing, assessing, and implementing the P2 requirements for all Omaha District projects, programs, and activities to include planning, design, construction and regulatory functions.
Duties
Applies a wealth of project management knowledge to achieve scheduling, funding, and programs goals in providing expert advice.
Develops the District's overall project management plan to ensure a uniformity of project management processes for P2 data entry and reporting, for District programs.
Responsible for P2 database management for resources, programming and execution for approximately 650 plus projects.
Evaluates flow of information, identifies areas where confusion, and/or misinformation exist, develops necessary guidance and when necessary recommends/develops and oversees formal or informal training as appropriate.
Supervises and directs employees in their management of various complex administrative, technical, and professional services programs and projects through the control of the P2 Requirements.
