Summary
This position is located in the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), Engineering Directorate, Business Support Division. The incumbent serves as the Chief, Business Support Division, and is responsible for the execution of business support programs to include: financial; resource management; trainings; travel; manpower requirements; personnel; systems; interservice support; and internal controls.
Duties
As the Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties: Lead and manage the Business Support Division, directing work and supervising a multidisciplinary team. Oversee and safeguard the Engineering Directorate's budget, ensuring planning, tracking, compliance, and internal controls. Drive resource and program planning by recommending funding, manpower, and long-range strategies. Improve business processes by analyzing operations, resolving program issues, and increasing efficiency across support functions. Serve as senior advisor to Engineering leadership, preparing briefings, coordinating across the agency, and negotiating resources and compliance.
