About the Position: This job announcement is for a Program Analyst, GS-0343-12 position with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District. This position is located in Rock Island, IL.
Duties
Coordinate and assess District project and study activities across all lifecycle phases to maintain accurate, current program information.
Develop multiyear funding requirements, cost estimates, and budget justifications that support approved program objectives and requirements.
Monitor financial execution data and analyze trends to forecast funding needs, identify variances, and support obligation and expenditure goals.
Evaluate program performance against approved objectives, schedules, funding plans, and measures to identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
Analyze and recommend reprogramming actions, project priorities, new starts, and resource allocations based on execution needs and applicable criteria.
Prepare clear, accurate reports, briefings, budget materials, and stakeholder correspondence addressing program status, issues, and recommended actions.
Ensure program documentation, data, estimates, schedules, and budget submissions are accurate, consistent, and compliant with applicable requirements.
Provide decision-ready programming and budget advice to management while guiding and reviewing support staff work products.
