Summary

About the Position: Serves as the Senior Data Analysis Subject Matter Expert and Regional Supervision and Administration (S&A) Dashboard Manager. Provides analytical support, data analysis, and management studies in support of program management and business operations. Gathers, configures, quantifies, and analyzes data and reports in support of Construction programs.

Duties

Oversees the fiscal balance of the Supervision and Administration (S and A) program to ensure regional and district objectives are met.

Consolidates and prepares S and A reports based on template updates received from respective NAD District teams to identify performance variances between projected and actual placement, expenses and income.

Collects and analyzes statistical data to provide easy interpretation by management officials.

Directs project execution data operations and long-range strategic planning guidance across the Europe District's multi-mission portfolio.

Collaborates closely with supervisors, staff across various divisions, external agencies, contractors, and international host-nation entities to provide technical guidance, influence management to implement findings, and drive workforce improvements.

Utilizes a comprehensive understanding of federal regulations to integrate U.S. military standards with diverse host-nation requirements, international agreements, and Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) constraints.

Advises on the potential benefits and uses of automation and technology to improve the efficiency of program operations.
