Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the JOINT/FLEET TRAINING DIVISION of COMMANDER US FLEET FORCES COMMAND.
Duties
You will support the management of Fleet training resourcing matters for current year budget execution.
You will provide detailed analysis of issues and determine root cause and requirements that provide a clear way forward to meet Fleet/Joint training support needs with details and timelines.
You will be the subject matter expert (SME) on budget and resource management and execution, ensuring compliance with all government financial regulations and policies.
You will serve as the Directorate Security Representative.
You will coordinate with the Command Security Office in the management of security requirement for facilities access, office spaces security, security containers, personnel onboarding, and reporting and resolving of security issues.
You will serve as a Fleet/Joint training SME coordinating the accomplishment of all tasks related to assigned projects, prioritizing assets and resources, and developing strategic program plans to support live and synthetic training requirements.
You will assist the Travel Manager in management and administration of the Fleet/Joint training directorate travel program
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a management, technical, or business field is desirable but not required.
