Duties
As a Management and Program Analyst, GS-12 you will perform the following duties: Conduct analytical studies and evaluations to assess and improve the effectiveness of agency programs, operations, and management processes. Serve as ICE's internal communication point of contact. Design and conduct management studies to address specific program challenges. Identify performance indicators, designing data collection methodologies, and applying statistical techniques to evaluate program outcomes. Apply this knowledge to support the evaluation of program activities and identify opportunities for resource optimization. Monitor emerging trends and developments in program management and evaluation to ensure the agency remains responsive to changing priorities and challenges.
