Duties
Serves as a principal advisor to the Director, DLA Distribution Plans, Training and Modernization, and as a senior technical expert responsible for strategic analysis, program evaluation, and cross-functional integration.
Leads and integrates strategic planning, program evaluation, network modernization, readiness, and contingency planning to enable DLA Distribution forces and infrastructure to execute current and future missions.
Assesses organizational and network capabilities; and leading complex enterprise initiatives that cross functional and organizational boundaries.
Resolves complex and often unprecedented organizational and operational problems, develops authoritative recommendations for senior leaders.
Integrates the human capital and organizational dimensions of modernization by developing strategic frameworks and requirements for network-wide training, organizational capability, and workforce readiness.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
