You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Transformation Office (code 100TO) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. SALARY RANGE GS-11: $77,964 - $101,359 GS-12: $93,445 - $121,482 Vacancies filled from this announcement may be filled at any grade level listed.
Duties
You will serve as the Facilitator/Analyst for assigned process/performance improvement and innovation projects for day-to-day waterfront production and engineering support throughout the Shipyard as directed by the supervisor.
You will accomplish a wide variety of assignments concerned with effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations.
You will be responsible for providing facilitation of initiatives and assigned projects with comparative freedom from supervision.
You will direct and coordinate the efforts of assigned development and accomplishment.
You will assume responsibility for the timely execution of complex performance improvement and innovation initiatives.
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Substitution of Education for the GS-11: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR Possession of an LL.M., that is related to this position being filled. https://www.usajobs.gov/Help/working-in-government/unique-hiring-paths/students/federal-occupations-by-college-major/ OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
