Summary

This position is located at Financial Management Branch, Fort Bragg, NC. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Army NAF pay setting rules apply to this vacancy.

Duties

Responsible for civilian manpower authorizations, utilizations, and requirements; organizational analysis; mission evaluation and assignment; manpower utilization surveys for organizational elements of the Command.

In a worldwide scope, addresses and evaluates manpower issues for the command by evaluating all or most segments of the organizations, researching and recommending solutions across a broad range of technical areas.

Coordinates with supporting NAF Human Resources Office, activities, and management and executive leadership to provide required manpower, HR, and personnel support to individual activities.

Continually reviews the methods of operation, functional requirements, and the mission and function of supported activities and recommends required modifications.

Performs other duties as assigned.
