Summary
About the Position: Serve as a senior management analyst responsible for performing studies of complex problems involving prospective major changes to Criminal Investigative Division (CID) operations, structure, force development plans, stationing, and equipping.
Duties
Conduct formal manpower studies, evaluate organizational efficiency, and validate civilian and military authorizations.
Manage career path development, design organizational charts, coordinate force design updates, and manage structural changes within the agency.
Utilize analytical methods to determine direct impacts on the agency’s force structure, personnel footprints, and long-term capability planning.
Present complex technical data, structure changes, and policy justifications clearly to senior military and civilian leaders.
Conduct detailed analysis of complex functions and work processes including past, present, and programmed operations.
Input and retrieve data using established databases and systems for the purpose of tracking, clarifying, and updating the force structure.
