Summary
The incumbent will serve as a Team Leader within the Privacy, Civil Liberties, and Freedom of Information (PCLF) directorate. As a Lead Government Information Specialist, the incumbent serves all components of DCSA as well as its customer agencies, with a special emphasis on Personnel/Industrial Vetting and/or related information systems. Duties
As a LEAD GOVERNMENT INFORMATION SPECIALIST you will be responsible for the following duties: Reviewing Privacy Impact Assessments, Privacy Risk Analyses, Privacy Act Statements for information collections, and required documentation for publications in the Federal Register. Reviewing, drafting, and implementing policies related to FOIA and Privacy program operations, records management, system of records notices, and the protection of personally identifiable information (PII). Facilitating the casework and special project efforts of personnel within the branch and the direction of quality oversight and training of personnel. Compiling statistical data to ensure the quality control of various workloads to identify areas of strengths and potential weaknesses needing improvements.
