Duties
Lead IT project teams in the engineering, integration, and upgrading of unified communications and endpoint capabilities across the CNIC enterprise.
Implement and monitor rigorous cybersecurity controls, Risk Management Framework (RMF) requirements, and vulnerability assessments specific to telecommunications endpoint devices to protect against unauthorized access.
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of voice, video, and data transmitted across endpoint devices by developing procedures for secure infrastructure reliability.
Manage the full lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, and decommissioning) of enterprise telecommunications endpoint hardware, software, and services to ensure continuous mission readiness and high availability.
Evaluate metrics and assess the total cost of ownership for the telecommunications endpoint portfolio to advise leadership on technology selection and procurement plan conformance.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align telecommunications endpoint modernization strategies with broader organizational goals and architectural visions.
