Duties

You will provide human resources management advisory services to managers, supervisors, and employees of assigned organizations.

You will provide expert advice and guidance to line managers in support of the classification and position management.

You will provide expert advice and assistance to other personnel specialists relative to the interpretation of statutes, regulations, etc., associated with the staffing function.

You will evaluate reorganization proposals and advise managers on organizational issues as well as classification and staffing considerations.
