Summary
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the Financial Management Division (SEA 06F) of the Sustainment Directorate of NAVSEA HQ FIELD SUPPORT.
Duties
You will develop and implement financial management plans, procedures, and programs to facilitate the effective, efficient, and timely application of financial resources to facilitate accomplishment of the organization's mission.
You will lead or support the development of budget submissions (POM, BES, and spend plans).
You will monitor the execution of funds across multiple appropriations and programs.
You will conduct financial analysis to identify risks, trends, and funding gaps.
You will advise leadership on resource allocation, execution strategies, and fiscal compliance.
You will support audit readiness and internal control activities.
You will coordinate with program offices, comptroller organizations, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial resources with mission requirements.
