Summary

You will serve as a EDUCATION SPECIALIST in the ADMISSIONS COST CENTER of the NAVAL ACADEMY.

Duties

You will retrieve, identify, examine, and process application files for accuracy and completeness.

You will follow up with Admissions Board queries to resolve questions/discrepancies in candidate files.

You will review transcripts of incoming non-candidates and evaluate their potential to become candidates.

You will audit selected application files, when requested.

You will collect, analyze, and compile numerical data for the Class Profile and Admissions weekly status reports.

Education

In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: GS-09: master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related GS-07: 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
