Duties
Serve as Contract Price/Cost Analyst. Perform proposal cost and price analyses and provide expert guidance.
Determine fairness and reasonableness of contractor proposals in accordance with Government and accounting regulations.
Analyze and evaluate contractor cost and financial data for reasonableness and realism, including profit or fee.
Recommend cost/price reductions, establish negotiation strategies, and resolve differences via negotiations.
Develop analysis to support findings and recommendations. Supports analysis by development of spreadsheets and reports.
Education
There is no substitution of education for specialized experience at the GS-12 grade level.
