Summary
This position is in the Professional Work Category at the full performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure. This position is for DISA White House Communications Agency at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, District of Columbia.This is an Excepted Service position and does not confer eligibility to be converted to the Competitive Service. If you are a current Federal Career/Career-Conditional employee, you will be placed on an Excepted appointment under 10 U.S.C. 1599f.
Duties
Manages the day-to-day operations of the Visual Information Command, White House Digital Multimedia Center.
Maintains and regularly accounts for DoD inventoried property and supplies employed by the Visual Information Command.
Provides a broad spectrum of graphic design and visual communications support, creation of still and motion photography, print, digital, and motion graphics products that enhance strategic communications, outreach, branding, and marketing efforts.
Coordinates activities of broadcast technicians. Responsible for all technical aspects of production and ensuring that picture and sound quality meet professional television broadcast technical standards.
Serves as lead audio-visual and teleprompter operator for Senior White House officials during live and video-taped requirements from the White House Complex and travel beyond the National Capital Region.
Education
