Summary
About the Position: Serves as an Administrative Officer for the Realty Officer and Deputy Chief, Real Estate, Omaha District. Responsible for providing administrative, procedural, and other office support. Assists with administrative programs and policies and is responsible for a variety of actions which require fact-finding, coordination, recommendations, implementation, and follow-up.
Duties
Preparing various reports regarding leave and manpower status.
Making travel arrangements based on general travel intentions, known preferences and in accordance with appropriate travel regulations.
Maintaining shared office calendar and supervisor’s schedule utilizing Microsoft Outlook.
Composing complex briefings and presentations for high-level briefings based on material provided and gathered as well as independent research.
Providing advice and guidance to ensure that all Real Estate Division personnel understand and comply with administrative requirements.
Assisting supervisors with preparing hiring action documents and monitors hiring database to ensure timelines are not exceeded.
Implementing procedures for the control, maintenance and disposition of records.
