Summary
You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER at the NATIONAL MUSUEM OF THE AMERICAN SAILOR of GREAT LAKES NAVAL MUSEUM.
Duties
You will support the Museum Director in the management and execution of the museum's financial program.
You will assist the Museum Director with the implementation of human resources policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
You will manage day-to-day administrative functions within the museum to include scheduling deliveries, overseeing official mail and package distribution, and addressing phone calls and visitors.
You will serve as a Contract Officer Representative for the museum and conduct analytical support service reviews of all contract work and proposals.
You will manage trainings and work closely with supervisors to identify staff training needs.
Education
