Duties
Serves as an enterprise subject matter expert responsible for end-to-end transportation planning, execution, systems integration, and global master data governance across the Defense Transportation System.
Maintains, configures, and audits critical enterprise global tables and master data across integrated enterprise systems.
Monitors and manages specialized functional mailboxes, including the Global Addressing and Transportation Operations mailboxes, resolving customer, field activity, and stakeholder inquiries.
Analyzes bi-weekly reports to identify operational trends, systemic data gaps, and procedural compliance issues across distribution sites.
Conducts training and coaching for Distribution Transportation Assistants and field personnel in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures.
Education
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
