Summary
This position is located in the Office of the Deputy Commissioner for Trademark Examination Policy, within the Customer Service and Support Office. This position develops and executes strategic marketing, outreach, and communication initiatives; conducts and applies audience research and data analysis; manages campaigns and contractor activities; and builds partnerships to expand public awareness and engagement.
Duties
The physical worksite for this position is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Presence at the Alexandria, VA campus is required for this role, as it includes on site functions that must be performed in person. Position may be eligible for situational telework in accordance with agency policy/business unit discretion. The agency currently allows for 52 hours of telework per calendar year. You'll make an impact in this role if: You excel at defining key performance indicators (KPIs), setting performance benchmarks, and reporting on campaign outcomes to senior leadership. You bring expertise in conducting and managing contractors in performing qualitative and quantitative marketing research, including audience analysis, message testing, and data analytics, to build data-driven campaign strategies, materials, and media plans that effectively reach target markets. You thrive in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with external organizations, industry groups, and community stakeholders to amplify trademark marketing campaigns and expand audience reach at the national level. You serve as the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for Trademark initiative(s), as well as for routine contracts and procurements.
