The primary purpose of this position is to ensure the availability, control, and distribution of technical orders throughout the Maintenance Group and to provide Group level functional and system administrative assistance to users of the Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS).
Duties
Assist ETIMS site as point of contact (POC). Plans, organizes, and coordinates requirements issues associated with squadron technical orders (T.O.'s) including maintenance of accounts, records, and databases. Establish and/or update Group ETIMS User Profiles. Assists organizations users to establish/modify ETIMS routing templates. Assists ETIMS Help Desk to resolve user-reported problems. Performs work involving the ordering, receiving, distributing and posting technical orders in the Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS). Performs general office administrative duties. Maintains main technical order library, maintenance operating instructions, and publications ensuring indexes are properly annotated, kept current, and that obsolete publications are removed as necessary.
