Summary
This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies through the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and the Major Range and Test Facilities Base in the DoD. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Interested applicants must follow the directions in the "How to Apply" section of this flyer to be considered. There may or may not be actual vacancies filled from this flyer.
Duties
You will review documentation and assist with actions required in the material receipt and issue processes.
You will perform quality checks by reviewing all documentation associated with and pertaining to material placement, movement, receipt processing and material shipment prior to scanning documentation into the applicable systems.
You will conduct preliminary research for required information, update status, research material discrepancies, and update records.
You will perform material movement validations and document research for internal and external customers using established systems
Education
In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: You may qualify for this position using education to substitute for specialized experience if you have successfully completed four years of education above high school level. OR You have a combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
