About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the NGIC Functional S&TI Directorate, Foreign Material Division, FM Operations Branch with duty location: Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 22911
Duties
Serves as a Branch Chief and Senior Intelligence Specialist within an assigned Division which executes the Army Foreign Materiel Program.
Responsible for the operations, security and maintenance of the assigned facility which includes a Secure Compartmented Information Facility and collateral areas containing Intrusion Detection Systems.
Develops specific policies and procedures and program submissions to meet mission requirements.
Provides technical and administrative supervision.
Assigns work based on overall program objectives, priorities, skills and manpower availability.
Oversees the identification and cataloguing of all Army foreign materiel in accordance with established standards.
Maintains active liaison with FM customer base, both internal and external, to ensure acquisition and inventory work meets requirements.
