Summary

Duties

You will provide expert technical and administrative direction and supervision in the preparation, review, and processing of actions associated with military pay and personnel allowances and entitlement.

You will review and analyze case files involving requests for the correction of military records, including cases with complex and controversial issues.

You will verify that pay and personnel system events are correctly prepared and processed.

You will provide advice on effective management, plan work and issue work assignments to subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.

You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, identify developmental and training needs of employees, and provide/arrange require training.

Education

A Master's or equivalent graduate degree OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.B. or J.D., if related OR A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
