Summary

As a Supervisory Equal Opportunity Investigator (Field Office Director) at the GS-1860-15, you will be part of the Philadelphia District Office, Office of Field Programs, U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). If selected, you will be responsible for the implementation of all the Commission's programs and mission requirements within the jurisdiction of the Field Office.

Duties

Plans, manages, supervises, implements, coordinates, and monitors all activities of the Field Office directly.

Responsible for the Field Office enforcement management function and ensuring that the agency's statutory enforcement programs are effectively carried out.

Responsible for the office's activities to obtain and approve settlements that resolve allegations of discrimination and provide appropriate relief.

Implements, manages, and evaluates the office's mediation function, including the mediation of charges of employment discrimination.

Oversees the design, preparation, and conduct of training and other outreach programs related to the office's mediation program.
