Summary
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for USACE Real Estate Personnel to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Works under supervision of the Chief, covering long term program plans, objectives and policies. Work is reviewed in terms of accomplishment of objectives. Supervises staff in the Appraisal, Planning and Control Branch and supports the District's Military, Civil Works and IIS Programs.
Duties
Plans appraisal actions for the acquisition of property and property rights for various projects.
Exercises technical and administrative supervision over a team of professional and technical employees.
Gives authoritative oral advice on a wide variety of questions covering branch operations.
Provides expert project management for various real estate technical services branch activities.
Education
