Duties
Plans, develops and validates Readiness Training supporting the deployed mission of Force Support personnel. Gathers and develops information by researching factual materials through available sources including AFI and subject-matter experts. Assesses Program effectiveness. Consistently assesses overall program effectiveness by sampling student, instructor, and commanders' needs, validating suggestions and complaints. Represents AFPC Personnel Operations Division and Readiness Branch with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with the Air Staff, MAJCOMs, AFPAAS Development Agencies, Military Personnel Flights and PERSCO Teams.
