Summary
About the Position: Perform duties in support of project management, control, coordination and execution of assigned projects. Projects vary in type and involve reconnaissance and feasibility studies, pre-construction engineering and design and construction of military and civil works projects.Location is in Phoenix, AZ or Los Angeles, CA.
Duties
Assist the Project Manager to create and maintain the Project Management Plan for the project that shows the scope, baseline schedule and cost for each activity needed to deliver the completed project to the local sponsor.
Independently perform what-if analysis of project cost and schedule changes, validates baseline and current project milestones and funds distribution, prepares recommendations on impacts and corrective actions.
Develop, prepare, and presents reports, briefings, summaries and fact sheets obtained from other District elements and local sponsors.
Prepare project documents for the Project Manager and research regulations, directives, and identify conflicts, non-compliance, and recommend potential solutions.
